One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment right on the boarder of LES and Alphabet City. I have been living in this unit for a year but my roommate is moving to Chicago and I would like to stay!
The room fits a full size bed, small desk, and small dresser. My roommate is willing to sell the furniture already in the room or it can be removed if preferred. The apartment has a large living room, smaller kitchen, and bathroom. On the first floor of a very secure walk up. Utilities run about $60-$100 per month per person depending on the season. The landlord is great, we haven't had problems with anything. We have a live in super.
I am a 24 year old professional originally from the Midwest. I relocated to NYC 2 years ago for grad school and I currently work as a grant writer at a nonprofit in Manhattan. Overall i'm really easy going and looking for someone who is the same.
I keep a clean and tidy apartment but understand that life happens and sometimes things get messy. I don't mind the occasional overnight or weekend visitor.
