This is a TRUE 3 bed, 2 bath (with a large living room) on a high floor and given how the apartment is partitioned, I am looking for roommates to take over the bedrooms in the 2 bed, 1 bath section of the apartment ($2,000 per bedroom excl. utilities, internet, and cable) as part of a 1 year lease. For the size, location, and amenities, this apartment is really worth it and the reason why my roommates and I have stayed here for the last few years. Move-in will be June 1st but can potentially be flexible with dates. The available bedrooms are incredibly spacious queen sized rooms with room for a work setup, a large closet, and A/C. Additional closet space is available by the dining room area as well. While most of the apartment is furnished, the bedrooms are unfurnished. Amenities include:
