Roommate needed for Sunny Queen room in LES

Hey! Looking for a chill third roommate for our awesome 3 bed/1 bath apartment in the Lower East Side. You would be signing on to a 1 year lease starting June 1st--or sooner. The apartment is in a well maintained building between E Houston and Stanton St, a short walk from the F/M/J/Z trains at Delancey-Essex. There are tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area, as well as everything you might need.

The room can fit a queen bed, plus additional furniture. It also has a built-in closet and 2 windows that gets tons of natural light. The apartment was just gut renovated in the past month, and has all new granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave. The living room is really spacious and is large enough to fit a couch and TV. Heat and hot water are included.

We are both professional guys in our mid/late twenties. We're very easygoing, and like keeping the apartment clean and relaxed. During the week we work long hours, and like going to the gym afterwards. During the weekend we enjoy going out, grabbing drinks, checking out concerts, and having friends over.
