Need Three people on lease plus one paying lodger

HI, Guys. This is a five bedroom 2 bath furnished apartment for a signed lease. No fee, no security deposit but please have verifiable reference letters so I can call your employer or school to establish that you really need a place to live and can pay the rent.

It is furnished but the fifth bedroom does not have a mattress. It does have my platform bed but I moved my mattress out.

In NYC, four people can PAY to live in an apartment but anyone after four people is their non paying guest.

So if you have family or friends who are houseguests who use that fifth bedroom then you need to buy a mattress and they cannot pay rent to the landlord.

heat and hot water is included. Six aircons in the windows. Everything you need is there and I have sublet this apartment this way. I have new futon chairs that are kind of hard to sit on to replace the futon sofa. So if you want to move in your own comfy sofa, I can move out my seating just let me know.

You need to open your own wifi and electricity and cooking gas accounts. I just got new knobs for the stove so ignore the safety ball covers in the photo.

The location is very good. The four furnished with beds and desks bedrooms are 110 square feet and big by Manhattan standards. The fifth bedroom is 90 feet and fits a queen bed as well.

This was deregulated in 2000 when it was created by combining two apartments and legally signed off by DOB so not regulated.
