Hi Everyone! I am moving out of my amazing Nolita apartment, and I am looking for someone to move in! The apartment is in a fantastic spot right in the heart of Nolita. It is blocks away from many of the best bars and restaurants in the city! Egg Shop, The Butcher?s Daughter, Cha Cha Matcha, and countless coffee shops are all blocks away. If you like to go out in the lower east side or east village, it will be a super quick walk or ride home at night :)

My roommate is a studet, and she is super nice! She is very clean, respectful, and mature!

The apartment is a 2 bedroom that includes heat and hot water. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. My room is $1,400 a month which is such a great steal for the area! I would like to move out in the beginning of January. However, I am flexible with the move in date, so please reach out if you are interested! The lease is through May 1st.
