About the apartment: 2nd floor walk-up in great 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, UWS apartment building. Spacious with full kitchen with dishwasher and living room. Easy access to 1/2/3/B/C trains. One Ave over from Central Park! Tons of great restaurants and bars in the area. Right across the street from Magnolia Bakery! No laundry in the building but several laundromats within the block.

Looking for someone to sign on to a 1 year lease starting November 1st. Room will be available then.

About the roommates: I’m Beccah, 28, working in fashion. I work from home most days since COVID. Other roommate is Max, early 30s young professional as well. We are both super friendly, happy to keep to ourselves or also enjoy a glass of wine and a chat at night. We’re pretty laid back, like to keep shared spaces clean and don’t bring the party home. Guests are of course welcome every once in a while, but we want to maintain the quiet hominess of our current apartment.

We are both vaccinated and ask that you be as well.
