Why me?

I?m super friendly, considerate, and quiet. I?m an performing artist (mostly singing) & enjoy all things bright, light & free. Though I do tend to keep to myself to recharge after a crazy day being a singing waitress for mostly tourists, I can be outgoing when the time is right. I?ve traveled to over six countries & speak fluent Portuguese, some French, and understand a bit of Spanish & Italian while teaching myself Japanese. I love cooking, so you?ll probably get free home cooked meals every so often. If you have a cat, you essentially get a free catsitter because I adore them and they?ll be treated like the goddesses of Egypt they once were (& never allow you to forget) XD I also love interior design but since I don?t have a lot of furniture, you can bring your own <3 and we can compliment it with plants, style galore for a lovely Mari Kondo-SPARK-JOY-inspired home

I'm looking for one (very clean!) person who's budget is also $1600 for a 2bed1bath (only me as your other roommate: combined we would be able to prove $120k income)

I am super clean and pretty quiet. I love cats but do not have a pet (bonus if you have a nice, housebroken cat!). My budget is ideally between $1400-1500, max 1600. I am trying my hardest to not go beyond more than one roommate, or longer than a 20min commute for my job as a singing waitress at Ellen's stardust Diner (ideally walking distance to 51st & B?way). I adore the Lincoln Center area, so I'm trying my best to be as close to there.

I have been looking on my own & found a few good spots with laundry either in unit/building. We both are required to provide paperwork proving each of us makes 40x rent (which equals 64k+ a year per person) or a guarantor that makes 80x (which equals to 256k+ total. I know; it?s dumb, but realtors won?t even let us apply otherwise even offering multiple months down payments ahead of time; I?ve tried).

If you are interested, please confirm that you have paperwork or a guarantor proving income requirements (tax return/pay stubs/bank statements like applying for most apartments in midtown). It is a plus if your credit score is above 680.

Sorry that this is such a long message, but I have only one week in a sublet when I return the week of Christmas. I?d rather have somewhere in place before I return Christmas Day instead of waiting until Jan 1st while couchsurfing/sublets/air bnb.
