The Space
- Available right away for move-in, but flexible. Due to coronavirus concerns, we'll be first connecting virtually to discuss. This is one year lease starting on 8/1. Must be able to apply and qualify with good credit.

The Room:
- Decent Size - Fits a Full-Size Bed, Nightstand, Standing Lamp, Small Desk or Small Dresser.
- Can come furnished with platform bed already assembled with 4 drawers underneath for additional storage.
- Private Balcony
- Small Closet within the room fits an additional nightstand or boxes, around 50 pieces of clothing hung, and has space above for storage.
- Plenty of sunlight with the large window with clear view of Empire State Building.
- AC/Heater
- You will be sharing a full-size bathroom with one other person.

The Building:
- 24 Hour Doorman
- Elevator Building
- 24 Hour Laundry in Building
- Gym - NYSC (need membership)

The Apartment:
- 21st Floor with a Great City View
- Large Shared Living Room
- Kitchen - Working Oven, Dishwasher, etc.

Utilities/services around $100 per month. Includes internet, electricity, and a cleaning person once every 4-6 weeks

Roomates
- We are looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of each other's space and overall environment. A clean and hygienic person is a must. Someone who doesn't mind conversing but also has very much a life of their own. Please be tidy (clean up kitchen and dishes after use, etc.). Someone who doesn?t bring the party home.

- Us: Two working professionals in their late twenties/early thirties with normal schedule, extremely clean, quiet and considerate, but sociable. We have people over very rarely, typically kept to a small group and maybe just a quick meetup, no parties or large gatherings. Spend much of our time outside of the apartment (pre-coronavirus) and looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

The Neighborhood:
Great and very up and coming area on 63rd and West End with small park right out front. Starbucks, Deli, Small Grocery, New Morton Williams, New pizza shop all within a blocks walk. Also coming soon, Empellon Taqueria and Harry's Table by Cipriani.

Citibike station right in front of the apartment building, another 4 stations within 5 mile walk
5 Minute walk to Riverside Park
10 Minute walk to 1 Train (66th Street Stop) - Lincoln Center
15 Minute walk to Central Park and Columbus Circle (Whole Foods, Shoppes, etc.) Subway Station here also for A, B, C, D, 1 Trains
15 Minute walk to Trader Joes on 72nd and Broadway. Subway Station here also for 1, 2, 3 Trains
