In a great neighborhood on the Upper East Side with a lot of great restaurants and grocery stores close by. Three blocks away from Q Train, and not much further away from 6 train. Apartment is furnished other than the available room.
Heat and water is included in rent. Gas, electric, and internet usually adds up to $140-$160 per month; split between two roommates usually about $70-$80 per person per month. I also have a decent sized TV with some streaming services. Would love to be friends with my roommate!
