Available Room in 2 bd apartment in Lenox Hill

Hi All! I am currently looking for a roommate to move into my second bedroom. The apartment is located at 1st & 69th (one block north from the hospital - if you know traffic flow, you know that emergency vehicles never pass by) and is a 3 min walk to the Q @ 2nd & 69th. The apt is super quiet and has been a great place to quarantine. Both the grovery stores and laundromats are within blocks of the apartment and when NYC ON PAUSE ends there are a ton
of restaurants/bars/shops (including 2nd Ave Deli ????)

The room available can fit a full or queen bed (full size bed frame in pic), desk, and dresser. i also have pretty much every streaming service available (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Starz, Disney+). My current lease expires in February and there will be an option to renew if you wish.

A little about me, I work in television and am lucky enough to work from home. I work a lot but in my free time I watch a lot of tv/movies (even before it was cool), I like to read, and cook. When not sheltering, I like to play tennis, go to the movies, eat/drink, and love football Sunday?s ????. 420 & LGBTQ friendly.
