Looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom flex. All the bedrooms are the same size and can fit a full bed and small dresser. Although they are flex walls, they go all the way to the ceiling and your bedroom would have a real door. We have a large living room, separate kitchen and good size bathroom. Must be okay with 2 cats!

The building (Herald Towers) is located on 34th and 6th close to almost every subway line. They?ve been updating the entire building which includes two private rooftops, a gym, a brand new luxury lounge, laundry room, package room and 24/7 door men.

Rent is $1366.67 a month which includes all utilities besides electricity and wifi. Those two average about $40-$50 a month per person.

Your roommates would be two 24 year old professional women working in the advertising / media industries. We love to cook & drink wine and play board games at home but also explore new bars and restaurants around the city. We are easy going, clean and looking to find a new roommate who wants to be friends!
