Large, bright room available between October/November 2021. Move-in date flexible. This room is huge compared to anything else you can find in Manhattan and has recently renovated floors and walls! Hard to beat for the price!

The room can come with or without the desk, bed, and dresser. I am unable to take the furniture with me, so I can sell the bundle for a set price. If you want the room unfurnished however, I can make sure of that as well!

Waterside Plaza: This unit is located at Waterside Plaza, a beautiful apartment complex located basically on top of the East River. There are large laundry rooms in the basement with high-end washer/dryers, so no need to take your laundry to a laundromat (like the rest of Manhattan!) There is also a plaza area with gorgeous views of the river that connects all four buildings. The plaza extends down to the water with a walkway that many residents use for running, walking, or just to sit and take in the view with a picnic! The plaza is also equipped with a grocery store, nail salon, and business center. Amenities that are close to impossible anywhere else in the city!

Roomates: 2 girls who love to hang out, have movie and wine nights (calling any Bachelor fans!), or go out to eat! One works in medical tech in marketing and works from home 3/5 days of the week. The other is a buyer at Bloomingdales and works from home. Both very clean and neat. Shared spaces(kitchen/living/bathroom) are very homely and are kept tidy. Bathroom is shared with one other roomate. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig we all use! Both roomates are fully vaccinated as well.

This would be a Lease Takeover- this lease started in August and goes until August 2022 with the option to resign. I am moving out due to unexpected family health issues and need to move back home, and am so sad to leave Waterside! If you are interested, message me and we can talk further. Thanks!
