About the true bedroom ($2175):
- 12'4" x 11'0" - very large
- comes unfurnished
- share a bathroom with one other girl
- has its own AC/heating unit already installed (not a window unit, it's mounted beneath the window)
- lots of natural light
- large closet in the room
- could fit a queen/king bed, desk, dresser, and more

About the smaller room ($1825):
- comes unfurnished
- flex wall is already up (no additional cost to you)
- you get your own peaceful private balcony
- has its own AC/heating unit already installed (not a window unit, it's mounted beneath the window)
- lots of natural light
- share a bathroom with one other person (me)
- it is about half of the living room, as you can see in the floor plan
- no closets, but there is plenty of space for a dresser & desk in the room, and there are additional closets outside the room

About the apartment
- I will be furnishing the common areas, but if you have your own common area furniture, that is fine too & we can discuss
- recently updated apartment, feels nice and new
- has dishwasher
- large living space even with the flexed room

And a little bit about me:
I moved to the city a few months ago, and am now looking for a long term lease. With this crazy real estate market, I decided to find an apartment first, and then look for roommates after. I'm originally from California and went to college out there and graduated in 2020. I now work for a financial technology firm with a hybrid schedule. I'd love to live with girls who want to be friends, go out and explore the city, but totally okay if not. Always love a good night out in the city, but also a chill netflix watching night. As a roommate, I am very clean and tidy, responsible, respectful of others, don't bring the party home, and like to have a nice clean space to come home to every day, and would like the same in a roommate.
