1 Bed Room Flex Available in Kipps Bay

Looking for a young working professional or student (female) to fill a bedroom in a 1 bed room flex doorman/elevator apartment with 1 bathroom in Kips Bay. The apartment features stainless steel appliances, in unit heat/AC in the room, gym, a common area/patio with grills and laundry in building. Management is very responsive for any maintenance requests. The location is great, about a 5 -10 minute walk to Target, Trader Joes or Fairway. It is very close to NYU Langone and many restaurants. Additionally, it is about a 8 minute walk to the 6 train and 10 minute walk to Madison Square Park.

I am currently living in the flexed bedroom, so the actual room is the one that is available. The room is very spacious and has a double closet and enough room for a queen bed and furniture (dresser, large desk, bedside table) as shown in the picture. The price does not include electricity or internet (about ~$35/month)

A bit about me, I am in my late 20s and work in healthcare. On the days I work, I am usually out most of the day. I enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring the city in my free time. In terms of roommate style, I respect the need for privacy and alone time, but would love for the apartment to be positive/friendly! Overall, low maintenance and looking for someone who will be respectful of common areas.
