I have lived in this apartment for over two years and for work reasons I am moving. It breaks my heart because I love this place, my roommates, and the views that come with it. This two bedroom 3 bed-flex is already a steal in terms of Manhattan real estate.. but with a legacy lease we negotiated a rent concession for 2021 so you will only pay $850 in rent which is unheard of for this amount of luxury! Located on the 14th floor of building 40 you won’t find a deal like this anywhere else. This room has enough space for two desks a bed and comes with a huge in room closet. Along with that this room had a full coat closet that is great for storing luggage, coats, winter clothes etc.

I am ideally looking for someone for may 1st, must have decent credit score and a job. They do accept co-signers for students but my roommates would prefer someone who is not a student.
