Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my bedroom, in an upscale building along the East River (called Waterside Plaza). The apartment has breathtaking views of Manhattan, from Empire State Building down to the World Trade Center.

I absolutely love this room and apartment complex. The only reason I’m leaving is to move in with my boyfriend. If you're looking to live in a clean, safe, very quiet apartment complex in a spacious bedroom (without breaking the bank), you've come to the right place!

The roommates:
- You will be sharing the apartment with two other graduate students (female). They are both kind, respectful, clean and friendly. They are looking for someone who is equally as respectful and generally quiet / doesn’t bring the party back to the apartment.
- You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person (the other roommate has her own bathroom in her room)

The bedroom:

- A very spacious room for $1350 a month

· Letter of Employment on company letterhead or 3 recent consecutive pay stubs; combined annual income of 36 times the monthly rent; good credit. Guarantors accepted.
