Large room in kips bay

My roommate moved back home due to COVID, so I'm looking to sublet his room!
The room will be discounted, now costing $1900/month. It is a big room, comes with a queen sized bed, a desk and nightstand if you want. Also has a large built-in closet, AC and window that gets good light in the daytime. The whole apartment generally gets great light throughout the day which is lovely (I did take these pics on a cloudy day though). Bathroom and Kitchen have modern appliances.
My roommate and I had been living together for 2 years and got along super well, so really looking for someone respectful and chill so that we can live together peacefully, especially as we'll probably be inside more as the colder weather settles. I work from home 11am-9pm, so ideally looking for someone else who is working during the day to sustain a peaceful/quiet environment during work hours. I'm pretty chill so long as the common areas are kept clean/ respected and no incredibly loud activities on weeknights because of work (the building has a quiet hours policy after 10pm on weeknights).
The building itself is a doorman building- Kips Bay Court. There is a great 24hr security team, and we have key fob access as well as a doorman. There is also a great gym in the building, 2 courtyards, and a tennis/ basketball court. We are one block away from Target, 2 blocks from Fairway, a 5 minute walk from Trader Joes and an 8 minute walk to the 6 train at 28th street! There's also an M15 SBS bus stop directly across the street which is super convenient for getting downtown. Also a 10 minute walk from the East River which has a nice running/ cycling path.
A bit about myself- originally from London, so this apartment really is my home in the US. I graduated from NYU and work in TV. This is a POC LGBTQ+ friendly space. No couples.
