3 BR Apartment in Kips Bay

Me and my roommate are looking for a third female roommate to move into our super cute 3 bedroom apartment in New York City - Kips Bay Area (29th Street & 1st Avenue) - Ten minute walk to the subway - a few blocks away from Fairway, Trader Joe's, Target and local bars and restaurants.

We are looking for someone in their late 20's - early 30's with a full time job and can pay rent on time. Must be a kind & clean person.

We are in our early 30's and originally from North Carolina. We both have full time jobs during the weekdays. Generally, we're pretty chill M-F. We love cooking and drinking wine.

The apartment is AMAZING, newly renovated with a gorgeous rooftop, elevator, laundry in building and friendly doormen. YOUR room can fit a full bed and a dresser. It has a very large closet and one window. Rent includes WIFI and utilities. We split the household stuff every month.

Like many of us these days we are working from home. We have also been following COVID health and safety protocols and guidelines (including social distancing, wearing masks and frequent washing of our hands and sanitizing the apartment.) We are looking for someone who will do the same.
