This is a flex 2 bedroom apartment. The living area was massive when we moved in, so the living area and bedroom we have to convert are decent size. If you are to move in, you would get the main bedroom, I would remain in the flex. I am a huge fan of the building (pet friendly so it is nice to see dogs in the elevator), the doormen, the neighborhood and the location near the subway (the 6). If you work in midtown or near GC, this is so easy to get home to but is away from the chaos of the workday. It is near a ton of fun bars and restaurants with access to Trader Joes (literally right across the street) and Fairway (1 block away).
I am a clean, respectful and responsible roommate. I work in Finance and have demanding hours while keeping myself busy with working out and outside activities. Though I am not home frequently, my biggest ask is we are respectful of workday sleeping hours- I am early to rise in the morning and need my sleep. I love animals and would consider roommate with a pet (cat/dog).
