I will be moving, so my roommates Phil and Elizabeth, (social media profiles below) two working professionals (not a couple) are looking for another working professional to join them in a 1 year lease starting April 1st, 2020. Phil is a personal trainer and an actor. Elizabeth is a nurse practitioner. Both of them work long hours and get up early in the morning.

This 24hr doorman apartment is roughly 1200 square feet with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the 26 floor with excellent views of the East River. It can come either furnished if you?d like to buy my furniture or unfurnished if not. For amenities, we have a laundry room in the building, a dry cleaner, a grocery store, a cafe, and a gym with a pool on the plaza (membership needed) as well as a shuttle bus (free) that goes to Grand Central and Union Square.

Location is good! Walking distance to Gramercy, Flatiron, Murray Hill, East Village etc. For shopping, there is a new Target within walking distance as well as a fairly new Trader Joe?s and a Morton Williams.

We are looking for someone with good income/credit ?70k per year and a 700 credit score. You will be joining them on the lease so you will need to fill out a lease application which has a $75 fee. After qualifying, you will need one month rent deposit and the 1st month?s rent. (due on April 1st)

Electricity and cable/internet are split 3 ways so it?s not much in addition to the rent.
