Looking for someone to sublet between March 1 and August 15 while I'm out of town. Exact move in/out dates flexible!

A social security number will need to be provided for a credit check that the building's management company requires.

The apartment is ~350 square feet in total.
The living room is 10'8" x 15'4" with a nook by the window that is 3'6" x 5'6", for a total of ~182 square feet.
The galley kitchen/hallway is 2'8" x 16'x10" for a total of ~45 square feet.
The bathroom comes in at 4'7" x 4'5" (not including shower) for a total of ~20 square feet.
Finally the bedroom is 12' x 8' with an entrance of ~2' x '3, for a total of ~102 square feet.

Fully furnished means couch with chaise lounge, end tables, lighting fixtures, TV, bookshelf, desk (which converts into a table seating four, along with four folding chairs), desk chair, one wooden chair, queen size bed, and small dresser. There are two good sized closets, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is also a dishwasher.

Additional accoutrements include kitchenware, such as glasses, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, silverware, tupperware, dutch oven, cast iron pan, chef's knife, slow cooker, roast pan, teapot, cutting board, wine key. Also linens such as three sets of sheets, two bed pillows, two throw pillows, towels, bathmat, blankets, comforter. Additionally, handheld vacuum, swiffer, various cleaning products, clothes hangers, plunger, toilet brush, extra toilet paper roll holder, computer monitor, toolbox, yoga mat, trash/recycling bins, trash bags, laundry bag, two A/C units (one in window, one on wheels), one box fan, one desk fan, sponges, dish towels.

Many great bars and restaurants nearby! The area is affectionately known as 'Curry Hill' due to the proliferation of Indian restaurants and establishments! There is also good BBQ, Thai, Korean (ten minute walk to Koreatown) Turkish, Wings, Dumplings, Sushi, Bagels, etc nearby. Within normal delivery range there is almost anything you could want. There is a good corner deli and also multiple liquor and wine stores.

Only a few blocks from a Trader Joe's and a Fairway. Close to the AMC Kip's Bay movie theater.

Two minute walk to the 6 local train on 28th street and Park Avenue. Seven minute walk to Madison Square Park. Ten minute walk to the Empire State Building. Ten minute walk to Union Square. Twenty minute walk to the East Village.

My preferred laundromat is two blocks away and I've never had to wait for a machine! There is also a dry cleaner on the block.

This apartment is four flights up with no elevator, and so is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.

This apartment gets a good amount of light during the day, and comes with retractable blinds for all windows.

The apartment has good heat, hot water, and water pressure. The heat is fed into two radiators (bedroom and living room), and one pipe in the bathroom.

There are NO pets allowed in this apartment, as per the building's management. There is also NO smoking allowed in the apartment.

Heat, cooking gas, and hot water is included in rent.

Electric during the colder months typically runs $30/month. More so as A/C is required. I will share the bill every month and the tenant will be required to pay the monthly bill amount.

Internet is $70 / month.
