Hi everyone,
I have a large NO-FEE room at the Waterside Plaza complex available. You would be sharing only with me - early 40's professional female and my cat. I am looking for someone to sign the least for 1 yr min.

Your share of the rent: $1750. Utilities come to $40-$80 per person a month.

The apartment is a converted 1-bedroom with river views. I live in the converted bedroom, and the available room is the real bedroom. It is HUGE. Practically your own studio apt. Room can easily fit a king size bed which still leaves half the space free. See pic 1+2 (cat not included!) There's one large closet in the room and one closet right outside. You can easily fit a wardrobe and a couple of dressers if you need more storage space. The apartment still has a decent size living room even after being converted.

The Waterside Plaza is an amazing place to live. I have been here about three years now; my current roommate is sadly leaving, but I LOVE it so much I want to stay. You can read below about the complex or go to their website to look at some pics. It is super convenient if you work at Bellevue, NYU, LOH or Beth Israel, but equally convenient (short bus ride) if you work at any of the other 1st Ave hospitals (Cornell, MSK etc).

34A-SBS crosstown bus is right under the building and takes you to all the subway lines within minutes.

If you like being by the water - this is the place for you. You can see the East River from your window every day!

A little about me - I am a certified professional working in healthcare in various hospitals in the area. I am super chill, drama-free, clean, considerate don't use drugs, don't smoke, and cook minimally. I am a vegetarian but don't mind if you cook/eat meat.

I want to share with another female, ideally, between the ages of 27-50, employed, clean and considerate. Students OK too. If you have cat allergies this probably isn't the place for you. You will need to show proof of income and sign the lease for one year min. One month's rent + security deposit required.
