Spacious Room in Midtown

Hi everyone!

So I have to move out of my lovely Queen sized (12'x10') Room. Located in a doorman building with a gym and laundry in the basement. Right above a Duane Reade and by a TON of restaurants/food places/delis. Target is a block and a half away and Trader Joe's is 3 blocks away.

About us:

2 females in their 20s. Both have their own lives but are also friendly and laid back. Hoping to have someone who is similar and considerate (i. e. clean up after yourself and pitch in with buying toilet paper and such)

About the room:

A really spacious room. It can fit a desk and chair, a side table, a closet or dressers, t. v and a queen sized bed (full is in picture) Has really beautiful lighting and huge windows!
You would have 1 large closet right outside the room and share another one for coats and such with one of the other roommates

More on the apartment:

1 and a half bath with big living room and kitchen. We don't always hang out in the living room but sometimes one of us may be out there watching a tv show after work. Otherwise, normally out of the house or in own rooms. Split cable and wifi, and utilities ranges around 30-80 depending on the season. Ideally looking for someone to move in ASAP to finish up currently lease that goes to 6th July 2020; with option to resign.
