Young professionals in mid-20's looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate's master bedroom.. We have lived in this apartment for a few years and plan on staying for a few more years. Move in date is May 31 for the master bedroom (which has direct access to the private rooftop / sun deck) for $1,850/month.

Large 3 bedroom, 2 story apartment located on Third Ave. in Murray Hill/Kips Bay. Apartment building includes an Elevator and Video Intercom System.

Our apartment has the following features (shared with the two other roommates):
-Upgraded kitchen with full size modern appliances (oven/stove, dish washer, and full size fridge)
-Fully furnished living room with 60+ inch TV, leather couches, coffee table, etc
-Dining room with dinner table
-Large bathroom with washer/dryer and large tub/shower
-2 private balconies and 1 massive private rooftop / sun deck

Master bedroom has built-in closet, direct access to private rooftop.
