• Shared spaces include: fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with TV, and bathroom

🛏️ The Room:
• AC unit & radiator for year-round comfort
• Desk from the former roommate
• Full-size bed with bed frame (space under bed could also be used to store bins with things)
• Bright, quiet, and filled with natural light
• 2 sunny windows (one with fire escape access)
• comfortably fits a dresser or clothing rack

💰 Rent & Terms
• $1150 /month (includes heat & water, but Wi-Fi, gas, & electric are shared expenses)
• You’ll only chip in occasionally for shared household supplies (bought in bulk every few months)
• Lease: Monthly, ideally looking for someone who can stay 1 year, but open to shorter rentals
• Move-in total: $1750 ($1150 first month + $600 refundable security deposit)
