Huge bedroom with attached bath in a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor of an elevator building. The building is right between Inwood and Washington Heights situated right between Inwood Hill Park and Ft. Tryon (two massive parks in upper Manhattan). There is Laundry in the building, 5 commercial washing machines in the basement and 6 commercial dryers. LBTQ+ friendly. Please reach out with any questions and a brief introduction about yourself. The place is a 3-5 min walk to the A train, and 8-12 min walk to the 1 train.

The available room is huge (15' x 11') and can fit a queen-sized bed, large dresser, bookshelf and desk with no problem. (furnished pic has full size bed with large L shaped desk, bookshelf, dresser and Medium TV but the room is now unfurnished) The room has an attached bathroom with vanity and full tub. There are two windows
with an included A/C unit and two medium sized closets in the room.

There is a large shared living room (16.5' x 13.5') with a small sitting couch, dining table, arm chair, and ottoman.
The Kitchen is off of the living room and has a dishwasher gas stove/oven, and full sized fridge.

My name is Josiah (He/Him/His), I'm 35 and work in medicine, and I'm the lease holder and I live in another large bedroom. I share the other bathroom with Marzena (She/Her/Hers) 37, a college professor. We are both vaccinated and take the pandemic seriously.

Marzena has a well-behaved short hair cat that she takes very good care of. The food and litterbox are in her room and the apartment does not smell like cat.

We are looking for a quiet student or professional who is responsible and respectable of shared space, noise level, and each other. Rent is $1,125 and gas/electric/internet is $40-$60 each per month (depending on season). Move in would be after January 18 and the lease would start February 1st or soon after. Duration would be 3-12 months with possibility to renew. 1st month rent and security deposit due on signing of sublease.
