Spacious Apt Share

I'm a mature professional female. I’m looking for someone who is quiet, responsible, considerate and enjoys a peaceful stress free home. I’m from Europe and like the basic idea of cohabitation -share a meal, movie, wine or conversation on occasions . We don’t have to be best friends but just great roommates. I prefer to live with people , and do it by choice not because I can’t afford to live on my own .
I work regular hours. I eat healthy mostly vegetarian and enjoy cooking and baking, meditation, kayaking and movies.
I'm very tolerant and easy to get along with everybody and don't have any hang ups - so no drama on my end :) I am responsible and respect other people's space and property. I prefer a quiet and peaceful apt.

The room is unfurnished, there is a dining area , living room and sun room . I turned the smallest room into a walk in closet where you also will be able to put your clothes . In additions you have your own hallway closet and a shared linen closet .

The apt is spacious on the 5th floor of an elevator building close to the A train 181th stop . The bedroom has 2 window and is 9x 12 ft.
