Rent: $975/month all inclusive. That includes internet, gas, heat, water. Rent is due the 25th of every month.

The Building: Pre-war, original crown molding, hardwood floors, high ceilings, remodeled kitchen with new appliances. Super lives in the building. Awesome guy! Elevator, and laundry in building.

Inwood, Manhattan: Beautiful neighborhood surrounded by two historic parks. It is very quiet and peaceful. Great environment to rest and study. Local coffee shops, grocery stores, chill bars. Every Saturday there is a farmers market. We live near the intersection of Seaman Ave and Academy, 10034 if you want to Google. 3-5 minute walk to the express A train, and a 8-10 minute walk to the 1 train.

Your room: It will be furnished with a queen-size bed, modern couch, small table with chair, and a dresser.

About us: I am a magazine journalist and work long hours, and my wife is a full-time photography student. We keep the apartment fastidiously tidy, prefer yoga to bar-hopping, and spend our free time reading, watching documentaries, cooking, and enjoying the city.
