Ideal for professional or mature student.

Close to A Train, Starbucks, coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries. One block from Inwood Hill Park, and 3 blocks from Fort Tryon Park and Cloisters Museum. 7-10 minute walk to #1 Train.

Rent is $975.00 per month due before the 1st of every month. First month and security deposit (one month) are due up front ($1950 total). The term is 6 months minimum and is renewable. Room is available September 15 (partial month will be prorated). Internet and utilities included, although an additional electric charge (amount used) for air conditioning (mostly summertime). Room for desk and working at home. Shared kitchen cookware, food processor, Instant Pot Duo, Ace Blender, etc. (ok to use my cookware, appliances and tools, although all equipment is kept completely gluten-free).

Other things: pay on time; one person only; no overnight guests; absolutely no drugs; no furry pets (building restriction), please be considerate of our neighbors (no loud music or noise after 11pm)

Me: I'm a quiet male 50+ (LGBT) who works writing grants and other editing projects. Former librarian. Lots of books. I tend to cook at home and currently am working part-time from home.

Note: My last roommate had been here 2 years and left in August for his own coop apartment.
