We have a room available in our duplex apartment on the top floor of a five-story elevator building. Move-in date is March 1st and we are looking for someone to sign a 3 month lease - with the option of extending at the conclusion of the 3 months.
Located in Hell’s Kitchen, on 52nd between 8th and 9th Ave, the apartment does not face the main street so it's nice and quiet. We also have a gorgeous patio that has beautiful views of the NYC skyline.
The building has laundry and a super who is always available if needed. The apartment is close to the best bars and restaurants in Hell's Kitchen as well as a short walk to Central Park and the West Side Highway. There are great grocery stores nearby too.
The current tenants are mid 20s-30s working professionals. In our free time we all enjoy different hobbies. We like to travel, cook, go to the gym, go out for dinner/drinks, or just hang out on the couch. We'd like our potential roommate to be friendly, respectful and enjoy hanging out with us!
