Seeking roommate (or couple) to sign 12-month lease in this beautiful spacious 2 bed 2 bath Hell's Kitchen apartment. One block from 42nd st ACE line. There is an associated garage but it would incur a fee.
Apartment has built-in heat and AC, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless appliances, granite kitchen counters, two full marble baths with pedestal sinks, hardwood floors, and Hudson River views. Building has concierge, laundry, elevators, and access to courtyard and rooftop.

You would take over the master bedroom with private full bath. It has large north- and west-facing windows, and two large closets connected in an L-shape. The private bath also has a window.
I’m fairly social and friendly and like meeting people, but also take plenty of time for myself to recharge. I have a boyfriend who visits fairly often—he’s also friendly and social. I enjoy having a chill space that’s always open and hospitable to visitors.

Rent for the master bedroom is $TBD as I’m not sure how much the building is planning on raising the rent this year, but I’m estimating around $3,450.
