I’m looking for a female replacement for my very large bedroom with a private bathroom in Hell’s Kitchen.
Unfortunately, I’m required to relocate due to work as offices open up and will have to move soon. This will be a lease takeover and the lease will end in September 2022.
The rent is around $2200. There is no security deposit. Will require one month’s rent on move in. Happy to leave my mattress behind (it’s hardly been used).
Will require a female with good credit history who makes 40x the rent.
