I'm looking for one/ two roommates for this luxury building in Hell's Kitchen 42nd St. It's a proper 3 bed/ 2 bath apartment with a separate living room area and absolutely beautiful views of the city.

I'm attaching a floor map and I have a video of the place (not able to upload here).

Room 1: $2100 (negotiable) - Large room, floor to ceiling windows, big closet

(Sold) Room 2: $1800 - Medium sized room, floor to ceiling windows and big closet

The apartment is at the top of the building (above 25 floors), has all new appliances in the kitchen with a double door refrigerator. There is a separate living room/dining area with a window and a shared closet.
The building has a 24 hour gym, terrace, laundry room and other common areas.
