Gay sober gentleman with 2 cats and a dog with a furnished second bedroom. I'm looking for sublet for my actor roommates room. He's on the West Coast.

I am in the creative field and work from home. I have always had roommates here since moving in 25 years ago. Roommates tend to stay a long time. I can provide references.

Sober or moderate drinker (ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS no smoking in the apartment) Must provide professional and personal references, a month security deposit and proof of income. I do not discriminate age or race. (STUDENTS WELCOME)

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a common kitchen dining sitting room. Fully furnished with flat-screen TV in the bedroom brand new luxury queen mattress in the cantilevered loft over the 8 x 12' bedroom area. One spacious closet with one window and a skylight. The ceilings are 11' high. Very sunny spacious private bedroom with air conditioner (1 year old). Electricity runs around $125 month except in the summer can run $400 divided by 2 of us. YouTube TV streaming is included. Internet is included.

I'm a very private person and mainly stay in my studio/ bedroom at the end of the apartment. Your bedroom is private and closest to the common area. I'm quiet and up early around 7am and to bed by midnight most days unless I'm addicted to some new binge worthy show.

Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Ninja Foodie Air Crisper/ Grill which is awesome!

You could move in with a suitcase and your laptop and set up camp in a day. Everything you need is already here. You must like cats (2 named Amal and Bradley) and a 16 year old scrappy miniature gray poodle named Cherri.

This is an elevator building and my apartment is on the top 5th floor on a populated safe street between 9th and 10th Avenues.

I am very Covid19 cautious. Apartment is set up to be sanitized when entering the space. I'v limited guests in the apartment to only a handful over the past 7 months. One was my vet and the other my current roommate and the super of the building for maintenance. I do not entertain here during the Covid crisis. We can discuss your concerns and needs regarding all of this when we chat. IF YOU CANNOT HONOR MY COVID PRECAUTIONS DO NOT APPLY.
