About us & you:

We are an LGBT couple in our early 30s, both working in finance. After completed grad school a few years ago, we moved to NYC to start our career. We bought this condo two years ago and have rented one of the rooms since and have had a great experience. We spend a great part of our time outside of the apartment due to full-time work, we love sports, and we enjoy a variety of activities in-and-out NYC. We rarely cook home and we do not smoke.

The condo is very spacious and well designed, and provide a great sense of privacy and comfort at the same time. We are accommodating, easy going, social, tidy, professional, and respectful, and we are looking for the same characteristics in our future tenant. Ideally, you will be a full-time professional or a student.

We have developed great friendship with our previous tenants. Our current tenant is completing his medical specialization and will be leaving by mid/end June due to out-of-state relocation.
