About me (your roommate): Male, graduated from business school (MBA) last year and am moving back to nyc mid October. I've always lived with multiple roommates (guys and girls) and enjoyed that, and most of my past roommates are my best friends now! I'm looking for a chill, social atmosphere. I'll be working in tech. I'm laid back, easygoing, don't drink much or do drugs. I am active, workout 4-5 times a week and am usually gone 8am-7pm on weekdays. I go out 2-3 nights a week for dinner/drinks but don't bring the party back home. I meal prep like once a week, eat clean, and live a healthy lifestyle. I?m clean and usually hire a cleaning service every 2 weeks. Splitting bills has never been a problem. I have a 70 inch TV, recliner, couch, bookcase, table, and most kitchen supplies we?ll need.

Master bedroom is enormous and comes with a private bathroom and huge closet. Second bedroom is large and comes with a big closet too. Flex bedroom would have a partial wall (ending 1 foot below ceiling), is narrower than the other bedrooms, and does not have a full closet, but has a private balcony.

This is a steal, it won?t last long, so we have to move quick!
