I am looking to rent my spacious en-suite room in a flat-share as I am moving into a new apartment. I am flexible with the move-in date between now and mid February - whatever works best for you.

The room is on the 29th floor, is very large and comes with an en-suite bathroom (with a full bath) and a private balcony (see picture for epic view of NY skyline). It has 2 huge in-build wardrobes and can be furnished or unfurnished. The rent for the room is $2550 plus electricity which usually comes to $2600 - this includes wifi, utilities and all amenities:
