40th Floor Room!

Your room

Hi all! We have room available in our 3 bedroom FLEX, 2 bathroom apartment on the 40th floor in Hell's Kitchen (42nd street between 9th and 10th avenues) with AMAZING views!

Roommates: We are currently two professional/working females. We aren't loud/crazy, but have a boyfriend or friends over here and there. We also love to CLEAN and keep things tidy - vacuuming, dish washer, etc. Otherwise we are pretty chill/normal people. Happy to Facetime to show the place if thats easier or meet in person (with masks of course).

Room: Your room faces east and south with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the city - including the Empire state building. Room is spacious, bright, and has one closet. We have a small shared living area and kitchen, and you will share the bathroom with the one person in the flex room.

Building: Full time staffed doorman and concierge who can pick up packages, hand off dry cleaning, mail, etc. Building has laundry room, small gym, and small deck on the 4th floor. Conveniently located near most subway stops and transportation, as well as near great restaurants, bars, and a grocery store (Food Emporium) just down the street. Some of the best building management I have experienced in the city who are incredibly nice and responsive to requests. If you work in midtown, it is SO convenient to be in walking distance of work, especially as everyone has recently avoided the subways.

Other important info: $333 security deposit. Utilities & internet not included. Room will be UNFURNISHED. You would need to join the lease (expires Aug 31 of this year) which means meeting NYC income requirements.
