I am looking for a clean, respectful female professional in her 20s to share a 1 OR 2 year lease with me beginning October 1, 2019. You MUST be a legal citizen of the United States. Couples and males will NOT be considered.
You will be entitled to a true, private bedroom in the apartment. The bedroom will be furnished for your convenience.
The apartment has a large living room which you will share with myself. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom is also newly renovated and includes an LED smart mirror, a dual-flush European-style toilet, and a deep soaking tub. Laundry services are located in the basement (machines accept credit cards). There is an elevator in the building.
Associated Costs:
-Monthly rent (includes water): $1,642
-Utilities (ConEdison): approximately $25-$30 per month
-Wi-Fi/internet access: $25 per month
-Household supplies will be a shared cost/responsibility and split evenly (toilet paper/trash bags/cleaning supplies, etc.)

You will be required to officially submit an application to the leasing agency, Abington Properties. The application fee is $100, due to a mandatory background check and a credit check.
