Hi!

I am moving out of my current apartment on 10/31. I am looking for a replacement roommate (preferably female) for an 11/1 move in.

There are three girls who currently live in the apartment. We are all in our 20s and a mix of professions; some of us work in business and the others in fashion/PR. In our spare time, we all enjoy a variety of activities, such as working out, travel, and playing with our apartment pup, Calisi. Calisi is a long haired dachshund, very quiet, 6 years old, and loves to be pet.

The apartment is located in Hell's Kitchen, near a bunch of great restaurants and neighborhood bars. The nearest subway is about a 7 minute walk away. As you can see from the photos, our apartment was updated in the last few years and gets a ton of natural light. We are on the top floor of a 4th floor walk up. The apartment is a 4br 2 bath and even boasts an in unit washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

The rent for the upcoming lease term is being finalized, but we expect it to be $1800-1830 for this room (tbc by rental company). The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. There is no guarantor required.

The room we are looking to fill is pictured and comfortably fits a queen sized bed. It is the master bedroom. The apartment is available beginning 11/1 and I'd be happy to meet for coffee to see if it is a good fit!
