Hi. I'm Andrew, and I'm looking for someone to renew a lease with me in Central Harlem. The current lease ends on July 31st, so move in would be August 1st (or a little earlier, depending on when my current roommate leaves. There is a shared living space/kitchen (already furnished, but with room for more), a shared bathroom, laundry facilities in the building, a gym in the basement, and a large rooftop area open to all residents. The 2,3,4,5,6 trains are all within a ten-minute walk from the apartment. These are separate air conditioning units for the rooms and living room; utilities and WIFI are not included in the rent, but seem to average around $125 in addition to the listed rent.

A little bit about me, I can be whatever kind of roommate you want, friend, or acquaintance you want; I don't care. I'm into dnd, going out to find food spots in the city, using the gym downstairs, and generally chilling with people.
