Looking for friendly female roommate- ASAP sublet

This is an amazing 4 bedroom apartment with one room available for sublet for a female roommate. This is the largest room and is 12x11 with two big windows. The apartment is located on 139th between Riverside Drive and Broadway. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a nicely maintained building.

Move in for Nov 1st. Sublet is for 4 months (ended Feb 28, 2022) but you have the option to renew the lease under your name if you want to stay longer.

The room comes unfurnished. All roommates are females in their early-mid twenties. See their info below:

Renea- " I am 22 years of age. I’ve always lived in New York, Harlem. I’ve always loved the culture and diversity here. My personality is described as witty, jovial, helpful, love reading, very to my self, and pride in bettering myself everyday. I currently attend college at Boricua college, studying to acquire by bachelors in human services"

Taisha- "My name is Taisha and I’m 20 years old. I am a Junior at Lehman College pursuing a nursing degree. I will start a TA job this week and in about 2 months I will start a CNA job which i couldn’t compete yet due to COVID"

If you like the apartment, I will then, personally, introduce you to the roommates. Everyone must meet before moving forward. If you like the roommate and apartment then 1st months rent, a $250 sublet fee, no security deposit and a $50 roommate application fee.
