Sunny master suite short term

Living room

Available from from before Thanksgiving through March 31. Queen size bed with large armoire and dresser. Doorman and elevator building with laundry room, gym and terrace. Females only please.

The suite includes a full bath including a tub. It is a large, sunny space. Cozy living room, with an office area, kitchen and small dining area -- the floor to ceiling windows give it all a spacious feel.

This is a wonderful building with two elevators and a 24-hour security person at the door. There is a laundry room and a small gym. You would have access to a lovely shared patio You control the heat in the master suite and the living room.

The A, B, C, D line is one block away, and the 1, 2 and 3 lines are short walks (10 minutes). There is a CitiBike station on the corner and several others within blocks. There is a Starbucks across the street, a Duane Reade downstairs, and a couple of nice grocery stores nearby. There are some excellent local restaurants and cafes nearby which are open for outdoor dining and delivery. There's a lovely community spirit in the neighborhood and it's quite lively.

There is another woman in the apartment who has her own bathroom. She is an extremely quiet and respectful professional, and so I must have the same in whoever takes this short-term rental.

We take Covid seriously, and would expect that you will, too. Of course you don't need to wear a mask in the apartment, but it's required in the rest of the building. Also please take other precautions such as maintaining cleanliness.

Because of current circumstances, your ability to bring in guests would be limited. We can discuss together what is reasonable.
