Usually short term. Furnished 100 sq ft room with twin bed and private bathroom and new floors. Wi-Fi and utilities included. 1 block from #1 train. 5 minutes from Columbia University. Shared spaces are kitchen and living room. Laundry in the basement. I am a Medical professional. Quiet and respectful here, we tend to stay in our own spaces but always up for conversation. For immediate rental. Gets great outside light. Old NYC charm apartment very clean and quiet. Internet, WiFi, electricity, and water bills included. On the 3rd floor with elevator. Very safe neighborhood. Across the street from Riverside park. Stay safe in your search and good luck. I also have my daughters that stay over from time to time.
