900sq furnished 1 BR: Garden, W/D, Dishwasher, TV

I'm a lawyer/Columbia law alum looking to sublet my furnished apartment for a couple of months-- I am pretty flexible on dates because I'm just interested in subletting so that I can go travel somewhere new for a couple months (I work from home).

The apartment is beautiful! It is on Manhattan Ave. 2 blocks from the 125th street ABCD express stop. This means that you can easily get to both midtown (8 minutes on the express train) and to Columbia (10 min. walk through or around Morningside Park).

The apartment is the ground floor apartment of a brownstone and has a private garden in the back (the garden is part woodchips and part concrete, complete with a table, chairs, and a coal BBQ!). There is a combo washer/dryer (purchased in May 2020), a dishwasher, and a brand new fridge (purchased July 2020). There is a smart TV in the living room, one in-window A/C unit in the bedroom window as well as a ceiling fan. In the video you see a blue rocking chair in the living room-- that has since been replaced with a work from home set up-- a small desk and a Dell monitor with webcam! The apartment has a lot of storage space (a four door closet, a separate pantry room, and an extra clothing rack is available). The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a gas stove/oven. The bed is a queen sized Nectar mattress which I bought last year. Please note that I have lived here with a dog so there will be (minimal) evidence of that i. e. pet hair (in case allergies are an issue). I am able to move any pieces of furniture that you do not want to have out and into storage. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed and pets are unfortunately also not allowed. Rent includes gas, heat, and water. Wifi and electricity are already set up.
