This is a first-floor apartment located within a passcode-protected building, just a short walk from Central Park. It features an unmatched PRIVATE, large outdoor space that serves as a great summer oasis. Fire pit, dual charcoal/gas grill and fully furnished backyard already provided. The building also boasts a communal roof with a grill and panoramic view. Our block is also very friendly and there is a community garden across the street!

The available bedroom is very large and would fit a queen-sized bed and sofa comfortably. It?s located on the lower level of the apartment, has a lovely private half-bath, storage space located beneath the stairs, and its own private entrance. The other room is on the ground level that could serve as an office space. I am open to the lower level being an office space/den area. You pick your room!

Your roommate would be a 29 year old Footwear Designer and a 10week old Akita puppy named Mars. We are chill, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and busy.

The apartment's central location is a huge selling point! The 2/3 stops just around the corner and the A/B/C/D are a few blocks away. You may be uptown, but you can get downtown surprisingly quickly and efficiently. In the reverse, you?ll be able to get to the Bronx or even upstate easily via the 4/5/6 and the MetroNorth, respectively.

It is surrounded by great dining and bars (Harlem Shake, Red Rooster, Angel of Harlem, Babbalucci Pizza). You are within a short walking distance of the historic Apollo Theater and will be situated between Marcus Garvey, Morningside, and Central Parks.
