Private room on strivers road. Harlem

I have a cozy apartment on the 4th floor (access to the rooftop) of a new building that only kept the beautiful outside, but everything inside is brand new. NO ROACHES!! It has a full size kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and freezer, includes laundry and dryer IN UNIT. Virtual doorman. There is a small living room area to chill. and a bathroom with a tub you can soak in and relax. The room for rent is furnished with basics. A full size bed to fit 2 people. (with a twin bed below to accommodate overnight guests) A lamp, a dresser. A tv and a small built in closet. AC In every room. You can have people over and guests as long as they are not moving in!. Couples are allowed to rent the room but the rent would be up for 1600. Includes all utilities and internet, except AC increase on electric bill. I?m looking for a quiet roommate, respectful, who cleans up after themselves.
I'm a Pastry chef, so keeping everything clean is important! we can take turns to do chores. I usually work a lot!
So I don?t spend much time at home and when I do I just want to prep something to eat and get some rest, hang out with a friend or my boyfriend and chill. I can get some family visits once every few months. I like happy people, positive thinking. Sharing a kitchen and a Bathroom means to keep It clean and organized. So respect for the other one is a must!
