You?ll love natural light wooden floors. The room is medium size two windows furnace (can be turned on and off) closet. I would leave my full/double bed and stuff (but put away) 5th Floor walk up with no elevator.

Im want to find someone who will be considerate of my 2 roommates (female) and kind to my room/apt. The rest of the apt is furnished (living room/kitchen) and utilities (gas, electric, wifi) are included in rent. This means the kitchen has open cabinet space if need be and everything you need to cook (pans, microwave, toaster, etc)

This would be short term sublease for my furnished room. Ideally be someone to move in ASAP but flexible.

Train is on 145th street where you find 1 & ABCD trains. There are several bus stops. There are a lot of delis and barber shops/nail salons but on Broadway there are some new restaurants/bars and more chain places. There are laundry places all around.

It is only a few stops away to Columbia University or City College so great for students.
