Bright room, prime Harlem location, amazing price

My roommate and I have a great sized room (12? x 8.5?) available for $1000/month in a prime Harlem location! The room gets lots of light, gets warm in the winter and stays cool in the summer. It has a good sized closet. The room comes with a comfy queen mattress and box spring. And it has a view of the park across the street!

The apartment is a large 3 bedroom at 130th St and St Nicholas Ave across from St Nicholas Park. A large living room with a huge bay window overlooks the park. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, full refrigerator, three 8' counter tops, and more cabinets than we know what to do with (great if you like to cook!) The bathroom has a full bathtub and two sinks. And the building has 24/7 security, elevators, and laundry in the basement.

We are two blocks from the 125th A/C/D/B express station (you can get any where in Manhattan in minutes). Close to all the near by colleges, Columbia, CCNY, etc. Great shopping on 125th, plenty of bars and grocery stores near by (brand new Whole Foods within a few minutes walk).

You?ll be living with two very busy guys in their late-20's. We're laid back, friendly, and keep to ourselves a lot of the time, but also down to hang out after work. We?re looking for a clean, somewhat quiet, financially sound, and responsible roommate to join our drama-free living situation. 100% queer loving and welcoming household.

$1000/month include all utilities and internet; we are going start getting regular maid service to clean the common areas. Move in date will ideally be December 1st, but we can be flexible if necessary. No move out date set, you can stay as long as you need.
