Queer Womxn Roommate Wanted

APARTMENT DETAILS:
- 3 story walk up
- Close to the A/C/D/B and 1 lines
- A mile from Metro North 125th station
- Two blocks away from the post office
- Planet Fitness & Blink close by (I go to PF)
- Any and every kind of food within a few blocks. (New Whole Foods about half a mile down the street)
- Common area/kitchen already equipped with a couch, large TV, kitchen table, coffee table, blender, toaster oven, microwave
- In window AC unit in living-room
- Living-room has 3 seamless paper holder mounted on the wall with colors Super White, Black, and Tech Green. I have some lights but they?re a little shitty.
- One bathroom with shower/tub, over toilet storage, under/over sink storage

ROOM FOR RENT DETAILS:
- 8ft by 12ft two windows
- Deep closet (can fit dresser inside as well as a lot of other stuff. seriously, the closet is big)
- Room can fit a full size bed, desk w/ chair and dresser (one in the closet and one against the wall)
- No AC units but a window AC unit will work just fine (the super might have some old ones laying around if you don?t want to buy a new one)

ABOUT ME:
- 21 years old & queer
- Full time art student
- I?m a photo/video based artist. I make work about mental health, sexuality, self expression etc.
- I tend to be more of a homebody so finding someone that?s the opposite would be good for me
- Not a fan of large frequent gatherings in my home, if you like throwing house parties I?m not your gal :/
- I like to keep things in the common areas CLEAN. If you dirty something, clean it up. Common areas should be cleaned at least once a week.
- I walk around pant-less whenever I?m home (never butt naked)
- I have no time for drama or passive aggressiveness. If there?s an issue, talk to me directly in person and explain what?s wrong, I?ll do the same. I?m not a mind reader, neither are you.
- I?m not looking for a new best friend to spend every day with in my next roommate, but, it?s important to me that we are able to get along & be friends. Every part of life is immensely complicated, there?s no reason for your living situation to be that way.
